Complex systems, such as the educational environment, have multiple interactions with their environment. An educational system has an interaction between humans and their environment. The risks and threats during the system's life cycle should be predicted, which is not easy for a complex system. In order to determine a practical solution for improving safety, the safety management system (SMS) for the Shahriar educational environment should be planned and analyzed. The five significant components and twenty-eight elements in the study were identified. Data was collected through a field study of the environment related to the function of the safety management system through a planned questionnaire and observation.
